Cottage #3 The Appaloosa

I booked Vista Cottages for a one-night anniversary getaway with my wife, and it exceeded our expectations. The private hot tub, screened-in patio with a flat-screen TV, and fire pit created the perfect romantic atmosphere. One of my wife’s favorite parts of the evening was taking a late-night ride around the beautiful property in the golf cart.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cottage had everything we needed, including a grill and everything for enjoying the fire pit. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing I would change is booking a longer stay—I honestly wish we had reserved more than one night! We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Vista Cottages for anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway.

We absolutely loved this cottage. Beautiful surroundings and a very easy drive to downtown. The place was very clean, comfortable and perfect options for spending time either inside or outside. The screened porch was my favorite and the Adirondack chairs were perfect to sit with morning coffee. This is a great place to be in nature and close enough to explore downtown. This was a special place and we are already planning to visit again soon. It was great to ride the golf cart and watch some of the horses Sunday morning, we also enjoyed the hot tub and found it easy to use. We look forward to coming back.

Adorable brand new cottage in a truly peaceful setting. Enjoyed exploring the expansive property cruising around on the golf cart, seeing all the beautiful horses and watching some of the events. Our own private hot tub was a nice bonus! Paul and the Vista team were very responsive to our few requests and otherwise left us to ourselves to enjoy a truly peaceful getaway. The entire property is meticulous, serene and relaxing, with super cute well appointed cottages, each including an all season covered screened porch with a powerful ceiling fan for nice air flow. Note you can choose a cottage with its own private hot tub, or skip the bubbles and choose a cottage with a second story deck for enjoying time in the sun and even better views of the beautiful property. Can’t go wrong with either. We will definitely be back! Ralph & Chelle

Joined my barn family for a few days who were down for schooling, steeplechase and a HT! Such a cute cottage! With the WiFi, the screened porch was the perfect place to work remotely! So peaceful!
