Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made before 10 days are refundable with a $40 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after 10 days or after are non-refundable.
However, the booking may be rescheduled to a new date of equal value within 4 months of the original booking.

If rescheduling to a date with a higher rate, guests are responsible for paying the difference.

Deposit Policy

The Cottages at The Vista require a 50% deposit for bookings made more than 30 days prior to your desired stay date.
For reservations made within 30 days of the stay date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
